Terms of Service

1. What Snapvara does

Snapvara is an AI product photography tool for online sellers. You upload photos of your own products (currently clothing and jewellery), choose a shoot style and marketplace, and the Service generates on-model, packshot and lifestyle catalog images sized for platforms such as Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, Meesho and Shopify. Images are delivered digitally inside your account, where you can download them.

Results are produced by AI models and can vary. Images may contain inaccuracies in colour, texture, fit or detail. You are responsible for reviewing every image before you publish it and for making sure your listings accurately represent the product you sell.

2. Your account

• You sign in with a Google account. You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian agree to these terms for you.
• You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and for keeping your Google account secure.
• If you use the Service for a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.

3. Credits, pricing and payment

• The Service runs on credits. 1 credit generates 1 full-resolution image. New accounts receive free credits to try the Service.
• Credits are sold in one-time packs. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. Current packs and prices are listed on our pricing section. Prices are shown in INR for India and USD elsewhere, and may include applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the Merchant of Record for your purchase and handles billing, tax and payment security. Dodo Payments' buyer terms and privacy policy also apply to your payment. We never see or store your full card or bank details.
• Credits are added to your account once the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute.
• Credits do not expire. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred, resold or exchanged for money, except as described in our Refund Policy.
• If an image fails to generate, the credit used for it is returned to your account automatically.
• We may change pack prices at any time. Changes don't affect credits you have already bought.

4. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. Your uploads

You keep all rights to the photos, reference images and brand kit material you upload ("Your Content"). You give us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process and transmit Your Content only as needed to run the Service for you, including sending it to the AI providers that generate your images.

You confirm that you own or have permission to use everything you upload, and that using it with the Service doesn't infringe anyone else's rights, including copyright, trademark, design and privacy rights.

6. Images you generate

As between you and us, you own the images you generate with the Service and may use them commercially, including on marketplaces, your own store, ads and social media. Because images are generated by AI, similar outputs could be produced for other users, and we can't guarantee that generated images are protectable under copyright law in every country.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload products, logos or designs you don't have the right to sell or photograph, or create counterfeit or infringing listings.
• Impersonate any real person, create deepfakes, or upload photos of real people without their consent.
• Create sexual, nude, violent, hateful or otherwise unlawful content, or any content involving minors in an inappropriate way.
• Create images that mislead buyers about the product they will receive.
• List or promote prohibited goods, such as weapons, drugs, tobacco or counterfeit items.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, overload or interfere with the Service, bypass usage limits, or access it through automated means we haven't approved.
• Resell access to the Service or share accounts to get around credit limits.

We may block generations, remove content, or suspend accounts that break these rules. Credits used for content that breaks these rules are not refundable.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties, including Google for sign-in, cloud hosting and storage providers, AI model providers for image generation, and Dodo Payments for payments. Their services are governed by their own terms, and we aren't responsible for outages or changes on their side, though we'll do our best to keep the Service running smoothly.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or remove features, shoot styles, product categories or marketplace presets over time.

10. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing contact@snapvara.com. We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. If we close your account without cause, we'll refund your unused purchased credits.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't guarantee that generated images will be accepted by any marketplace or will increase your sales.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

13. Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your listings, or your breach of these terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. This doesn't take away any consumer rights you have under the laws of the country you live in.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll change the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, let you know by email or in the app. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
